Almost half of all Berkeley undergrads enrolled in the spring will attend Berkeley Summer Sessions this year. We schedule the classes you want, recruit the best faculty and graduate student instructors, and offer them in sessions that work for you. You can:
- Reduce your class load for the fall semester, take one step closer to graduation, or just take a class that interests you.
- Satisfy your Reading and Composition or American Cultures requirement.
- Work or travel while earning credit with the flexibility of online classes.
Financial aid is available to eligible students.
UCB Alumni, withdrawn, and dismissed students are not eligible to register for summer sessions as current UCB students. Students that fall into these categories must apply as visiting students.
