Berkeley Summer Sessions courses are offered in three-, six-, eight-, ten-, or twelve-week intensive sessions. All courses are University courses and are recorded on an official Berkeley transcript.

How to search the Class Schedule
Follow these steps to explore our offerings and find the courses that best fit your academic goals:

Access the schedule
Visit the Berkeley Class Schedule and select the Summer Sessions 2026 checkbox located in the left sidebar.

Explore your options
With more than 900 courses available, you can refine your search by using the header filter to Search by Department Subject or the left sidebar to filter by session, mode of instruction, class days and times, and Requirements fulfilled by the course.

Refine your search
Utilize the filters in the left sidebar to narrow your results by instruction mode, course level, schedule preferences, and more.

Review course details
Once you have filtered the list to your satisfaction, select any course to view its full description, prerequisites, instructor notes, and specific session details.

Make note of the classes you want and enroll!
After finalizing your selections, you are ready to proceed with the application and enrollment process.
