The Resident Assistant and Mentor (RAM) program supports over 300 high school scholars during their immersive UC Berkeley summer experience. RAMs provide academic mentorship and community leadership while managing residential operations and student safety. This premier leadership role includes a competitive stipend ($3,500–$4,500), on-campus housing, a full meal plan, and tuition support for up to three units.
