Summer Tele-BEARS

ACCESS TO SUMMER TELE-BEARS

Summer Tele-BEARS is Berkeley's Online Course Enrollment system. Changes to your registration may be made via this system. You will need a CalNet ID to access Summer Tele-BEARS. Please read through the Fee Statement, Refund Policy and Registration Changes before proceeding.

What is CalNet?

CalNet is UC Berkeley's online authentication system. Your CalNet ID and pass phrase enables you to log on to all online campus applications. With this account you can view your course enrollment, add/drop courses, change your address, check your grades, order transcripts, and set up an electronic funds transfer (EFT) account, which allows the direct deposit of University refunds into your bank account. You will also need your CalNet ID and pass phrase to set up any additional computer related accounts and to access all campus computing facilities. In addition, your CalNet ID serves as your dining card, library card, and debit card for such things as vending machine and Cal Student Store purchases.

How do I get a CalNet ID and Pass phrase?

Go to the CalNet activation page.

You will be asked for your student identification (SID) and personal identification number (PIN), both of which are listed on the Confirmed Class Schedule sent to you in your enrollment packet. The information at the site will take you through the easy-to-navigate steps of creating the ID and pass phrase.
